Advanced Engineering Diploma
Program aims
- The program is intended for engineers working in the telecommunication sector to improve their knowledge and understanding in telecommunications and information engineering through four different specializations:
- Advanced Wireless Telecommunications Networks.
- Networking and Infrastructure Technology.
- Applied Cybersecurity.
- Embedded Systems.
- The program is offered as follows:
- First stage: First term – 15 weeks, 15 credit hours.
- Second stage: Second term – 15 weeks, 15 credit hours – including a 5 credit hours Graduation project.
- Attributes of the diploma program graduates, in general
- Apply the acquired knowledge in his/her profession.
- Identify professional problems and propose appropriate solutions for their problems.
- Master professional skills and use the most appropriate technological tools for improving professional practice.
- Communicate and lead teams through systemic professional work.
- Make decisions in the light of available information.
- Utilize available resources efficiently.
- Display awareness of his/her role in community development and environmental conservation.
- Realize of the need to develop him/hers self and engage in continuous education.
