Postgraduate Diploma in Communications and Information Engineering started in 1993. The program is accredited by the Supreme Council of Universities. The program aims to raise the scientific and applied competence of engineers working in the communications sector. The diploma program is a 30-hour credit system offered in two terms. NTI advanced diploma has two programs. The first program is Advanced Diploma in Engineering Sciences and the second program is Advanced Professional Diploma in Engineering.
Online registration for the program opens at the beginning of October each year. Once an application is approved, the applicant will receive an email with instructions to complete the diploma registration process.

- Registration Fee: EGP 1,500 | USD 250 for non-Egyptians.
- Credit Hour Fee: EGP 650 | USD 100 for non-Egyptians, with a total of 30 credit hours.
Advanced Professional Diploma
- Registration Fee: EGP 1,000 | USD 200 for non-Egyptians.
- Credit Hour Fee: EGP 500 | USD 75 for non-Egyptians, with a total of 30 credit hours.

Important Note
- The registration fee is paid upon application. This amount will be deducted from the first semester tuition fees if accepted, or refunded in case of non-acceptance.

ملحوظة هامه
- رسوم التسجيل تسدد عند التقديم للبرنامج يُخصم هذا المبلغ من مصاريف الترم الأول في حالة القبول أو يتم استرداده في حالة عدم القبول.
- اخر موعد للتسجيل وسداد الرسوم هو يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 7 أكتوبر 2025
